Custom Design Build Process
Design call or text to discuss needs and floor plan with size/dimensions. General estimate of 50% Deposit required and is a non refundable retainer.
The day before the agreed delivery date and setup the Delivery and Setup Fee is to be paid.
Final balance is due in full before the onsite installation
by Temecula Valley Custom Coops begins and a final walk around with the homeowner or caretaker prior to departure of installation.
Please understand that the estimated build time stated is ONLY TENTATIVE, not certain or promised. Understand that a delivery timeframe will be determined at a later time, after construction has commenced. All installations are weather pending.
